Andrea Heinl
Owner & CEO
Andrea Heinl is a born and raised Minnesota girl who graduated from the University of St. Thomas was a bachelor's in marketing managment. She began her event experience at Ultimate Events, one of Minnesota's largest event companies. Where she became an event decor specialist creating award winning wedding designs. After falling in love with the event industry, her attention to detail and logistical skills landed her a job as an Event Project Manager working on some of the largest Minnesota festivals including Vikings Training Camp, Rock the Garden and the Minnesota State Fair. However, it was Andrea's love of education and children that landed her a position at Ascension Catholic Academy, a Minnesota nonprofit that specializes in providing rigorous education to urban youth.

The flexibility of a nonprofit position allowed her to open Perfectly Planned Events and work with a team of experienced event professionals to make clients visions come to life. Andrea lives in the west metro with her loving boyfriend Tony and her many books.

Won Best Designed Booth for the Twin Cities Wedding Fair in 2018 & 2019.

Nominee for ILEAS best Logistical Management for the Minnesota Irish Fair 2020 and again in 2021 for my logistical work on the Health Partners COVID testing facilities.
